For Sale - Music By The Bar Or Measure

I am the sole owner of  more than 6,000 copyrights for sale or for hire.  I elect to sell the copyrights as opposed to making them available for hire or lease. 

Here is how it works:

Your purchase of my music makes you, the purchaser, the sole owner and therefore, author, songwriter and composer - I never existed so I cannot and will not be considered a ghost.  I have done this many times in the past and cannot (will not) provide references!  The latter in light of The Deal!

There are (exactly) 6,000 original compositions encompassing all genres right here and now on this site!  The songs are in two forms - in part and wholly.

Wholly:

One complete song will cost a minimum of Twenty-Thousand US Dollars ($20,000.00.)  Please note that any part or movement of a Symphonic Work (from Intro to Recapitulation) is considered a song. Hence a said work comprised of 8 movements will cost One-Hundred and Sixty-Thousand US Dollars($160,000.00). 

Once you have purchased an entire song or composition, you are free to do whatever you wish to do with it!  If you need my assistance thereafter, you may subscribe to my help section by linking to it from within the sales page (US$100 per month subscription fee, one month minimum with absolutely no refund pro-rated or otherwise), contingent upon your subscribing not later than Thirty (30) days after your purchase.

In Part:

Four measures or bars of this music, regardless of Time Signature (4/4, 5/4, 7/8 and so on) will cost a minimum of One-Thousand US Dollars (* a TIme Signature of 2/4 will net 8 bars).

In example - if you decide to purchase four bars associated with a specific song or composition, you'll have the option of your appending to the four bars or, coming back to purchase ("Purchase More") another four or all or the remaining bars of the specific song or composition (not to exceed US$20,000.00) from me, as I retain ownership of thereof. 

You will have only Seven (7) days from the exact time of purchase to elect this option.  Whereas, after said time, your purchased bars will have been replaced and appended to those you left behind, by me and therefore no longer available to you.  Moreover, you will need a unique reference number and other information to exercise this "Purchase More" option.

I should warn everyone not to think that previews of "In Part" materials will enable you to decipher or construct a work.  I have taken every precaution necessary to make this not possible... the segments are in total disarray - tempo, keys, lyrical content, time signatures and "no titles given" without limitation thereto, makes it hard for even me to identify "what goes with what" - equates to havoc as your only access is "one time" per password given.  A hand held recording device "will not" work for you... .  If it does, then I will have no problem with your having my complete works - you're brilliant!!!  * I give example of this on "The Deal" page. 

Access:

Be prepared to give vital information such as SS#s, DL#'s, Passport Info and a verifiable phone number, without limitation thereof.  The latter will be verified at random times.  It will take up to four weeks for you to gain access. 

Once you have received your password, you may access this music from my home page by clicking on The Deal.  Your password will allow only one or a single, successful entry to this area - again, only once.  This will not delay your using the Purchase More option, as I will know what has been received and when that specific item was received by you.

Delivery:

Delivery is immediate when done online.  You'll receive documentation from me that grants you ownership to your purchase, with a warranty (the sole or only) that states and certifies my being 100% liable in the event that any claim of infringement is lodged against you, solely based upon "exactly" what was purchased from "me" - but for and excluding what was added by you or any other person known by or employed by you and so on.

Myspace

 Myspace - A Final Note:

I am not and will never be one to place music on that forum or any forum so similar to it.  I am taken aback by those who do.  Although myspace music page owners may not know what detriment they invoke by making their original music available there, it "does not" eliminate their being responsible for making things more difficult for themselves and other aspiring musicians.  Myspace is only useful to known musicians, as they are able to extend fan bases without boundaries.  I do not wish to accuse anyone in particular, however I can say that a real musician et seq has access to a multitude of ideas courtesy of others who dream of getting famous on Myspace.  In other words, if I myself wanted to tune into Myspace, I could take any part of any material, disguise it and claim it for myself.  Irony... claims of piracy made by media moguls are not made by such members of Myspace - in one way or others, there intellectual properties are being stolen. 

As long as musicians place their property on Myspace, record companies "will" continue to "not" accept unsolicited materials. 

It has had a bit of impact upon my operations, but not enough to warrant my speak above.  That speak is for my own comfort... to know that I've said it here and away and void of Myspace.  I've said enough or what will probably never be said on a forum upon which I am excluded.  This space belongs to me.
