I had expected that this topic would receive much attention... not the case thus far. Hence we'll see what happens after you read my opinion or "Should it be a woman's choice?"
Emphatically Not!
Although abortion may be legal in most states, I contend that the legal basis, upon which abortion is predicated, conflicts with laws that apply to all people, and not prejudicially mandated in favor of a specific "right" for women to harbor. I would argue that not a single woman has a "right" to kill another human being. Just the same as men, women may face the penalty of death. Note: Before commenting, conduct a suitable research on legal matter relative to euthanasia and suicide.
If presented with the all too well known rebuttal related to "fetal viability" - no one can say with certainty (credible), that this period of time is valid. Whereas in light of discoveries over time throughout time, I believe it is arguably sound to consider the lack of what is known about "life" period... as in all likelihood, the tools or machines or instruments in use today by scientist and medical practitioners, will become obsolete at some point in time. We may find that what was once called "dead" was not dead at all - what was not alive was alive.
So what about women who were victims of rape? Rape is not a justifiable reason to abort. Most women who are raped either make mistakes. Whether the mistakes were made unknowingly or knowingly it still falls under the category of dumb shit! This is an absolute but not to say that all women are causation of their own raping, as the rapists are the criminals. Bring it on... am I saying that women can prevent being raped? In most cases absolutely. Just the same as one can prevent one's own murder if he or she stays clear of hostile environments (at least carry sufficient arsenal - fight flight), women can for the most part prevent their being raped. Precaution - check your dress code in this high era of sexual perverseness and watch yourselves in the same way that you are supposed to watch your children.
This should be enough to warrant a few comments here. I mean every word of what I write - even at the expense of having not a single person return to this site again. So speak your mind... I wanna hear.

Can a woman raise a boy child as well as a man? Send your thoughts here.

Hell yeah, she can.
As a single mother of a boy child, I truly believe in my case that I am raising a better man than if my boy was raised by 'his' biological father.
This is my opinion in respect to my very own situation, not my opinion in general.
My child has been blessed with good male role models, including ********!, even if only for a short time. I do believe this is an important factor for a boy child who is raised solely by his mother. A child needs loving parents, grand parents, friends, relatives, teachers and coaches etc.. not necessarily a biological man in his life to be raised as such .
Also adding, I am aware that as a mother I can not teach my son to be a man. I am not a man, thus having absolutely no experience.
